Beautiful place. Especially at night. The streets are beautifully illuminated. There are plenty of small traditional shops and restaurants everywhere. People are very friendly. There are some interesting sections, including one gift shop with a glass cover over an ancient well.
For the most part, it's mostly tourist stuff. This bazaar has stores that contain a wide range of truly handcrafted products. Textiles, wood carving don't miss this one on the way to the castle. There are a couple of antique stores with real antiques.

The area has been over-restored and, although the shops contain some tourist merchandise that is probably slightly above average for these places, there is no longer any magic in the setting.
